How to pay by bank transfer
Your wallet is in naira. You add to it by bank transfer from your bank app, paid through one of our payment processors.
Choose the amount
On the wallet, type the amount in naira you want to add, and choose Bank transfer.
Before you pay, the wallet shows the fee, what you pay and what you get.
The fee and the minimum
A transfer fee, a percentage of the amount you chose rounded up to whole naira, is added to the amount you send.
The minimum is ₦1,000.
Send the payment
The next page shows an account number and a bank, opened for this payment only, or a button that opens them on a secure payment page.
Send exactly the amount shown, in one transfer, from your bank app.
Your balance updates once the transfer is confirmed.
What is credited
If you send exactly the amount shown, the amount you chose is credited to your wallet.
If you send a different amount, it is either held for us to check or credited for what it covers after the fee. Message support if you are unsure.
Wallet credit is for numbers on this site and cannot be withdrawn.
