Why didn’t my code arrive?

If no code arrives, the hold is released and you pay nothing. Here is why it happens and what to try.

The usual reasons

Some apps refuse virtual numbers, or send the code another way, such as a voice call or a message to an app already signed in.

Nigerian bank OTPs do not arrive on virtual numbers at all.

An app may refuse numbers from one country and accept another.

What happens to your money

When the order’s countdown ends without a code, the order closes, the hold is released, and you pay nothing.

Nothing needs to be claimed: the held amount stays in your wallet.

What to try

Ask the app to send the code again by SMS before the countdown ends.

Cancel the number on the order screen once Cancel is available, then order a fresh number, perhaps in another country.

A number cannot be swapped on the same order; a fresh order gives a fresh number.

Questions

Do I pay if the code never comes?

No. The hold is released when the order closes without a code.

Can I get another code on the same number?

Ask the app to resend it before the countdown ends. After that, order a fresh number.

Who do I contact?

Email [email protected] with the order reference from your order screen.
